
Liz graduated with Distinction from the MA Voice Studies course at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, and subsequently lectured at numerous prestigious drama schools and universities, including Central School of Speech and Drama, East 15, ALRA, The Oxford School of Drama, Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, and The Actors Studio in Auckland, New Zealand. She was also Head of Voice on Unitec's Bachelor of Performing and Screen Arts (Acting) degree programme in Auckland.
Liz has continued to hone her coaching skills, most recently in October 2018 with Dane Chalfin: Safeguarding the High Intensity Singer, and in February 2018 with Dane Chalfin and Ron Morris: Sharpening Your Tools - Practical Vocal Pedagogy and Rehabilitation. Other courses of note include working with Gillyanne Kayes and Jeremy Fisher on the Vocal Process: Singing & The Actor Intensive and Advanced Vocal Training, as well as the Complete 5 Day Course in the Estill Model with Anne-Marie Speed.
Liz's professional career began as a musical theatre and cabaret performer, hitting the headlines in her one-woman show Liza! With Love at the Edinburgh Festival.
